Cara Bermingham
Consultant & Team facilitator

Cara is an independent consultant and agile delivery coach. As the Head of Agile delivery at the Co-op she grew the Delivery Management capability at Co-op Digital as part of the senior leadership team.


In the main she works with digital product teams using principles and techniques that can help people who work together on any ‘thing’ you can think of.
